制氮机制取高纯氮气氛用于冶金热处理是起怎样的作用

在铁精粉还原过程所采用的保护性气氛气体通常为纯氮气和氢气加氮气。氮气用于吹促炉膛，氢氮气用于还原铁粉。一般氮气的纯度在99.99%以上。

另外，在磁性材料的出料的排废时，高纯氮气作为防止氢气与空气混合发生爆炸的保护性气体得到了广泛的应用，通常要求采用的氮气纯度在99.9995%以上，氮气常压露点在-60℃左右，氢含量有低氢要求，一般在5×10-6以下。
